Okay, so a guy in Fayetteville, Arkansas leaves his phone in a McDonald's and next thing you know there are naked pictures of his wife on the Web and he's suing.
A few things:
Dude, if you are going to take pictures of your wife in her b-day suit, keep them at home, will you? And if you must take them with you wherever you go, hang on to your phone, dummy. And, while your wife may not be Paris Hilton, why is it that people keep believing that their nude pics and sex tapes will not make it into public viewing?
Now he's suing McDonald's Corp., the franchisee, and the store manager because he said that they promised to keep his phone secure until he came and got it. Okay, I can see that (but what did corporate have to do with it?). But please remember that when you carry around stuff like this, you stand a good chance of it blowing up in your face. Duh.

People always think it won't happen to them. I hope his law suit is thrown out. Or he spills hot coffee in his lap.
I hate when nude pictures of me get out to the public. Playboy won't stop calling.
