Heard from the back of a high-end German automobile this morning:Madeleine: Are you still dating Vince?
Me: Dat-!
(I then realized that it's best to keep my mouth shut at these times. So I did.)
Katherine: Yeah. Liz asked me if we actually went anywhere. I'm like, NO! You don't actually GO ANYWHERE in fifth grade!
Madeleine: Ha! I'm sure!
K: Then she asked if we KISSED! I'm like, NO! You don't actually KISS in fifth grade!
Mad: Ha! I'm sure!
My head is spinning. And it won't stop until the wedding invitations go out.

Dating is not allowed until 8th grade and even then it will be a texting only relationship. I will have to have a talk with Madeleine.
